Meet Your Retreat Facilitator
Carla Zamudio-Dolan
Certified Transformational Trainer & Trauma Informed Certified Breathwork Facilitator and Somatic Coach
I guide my clients beyond the noise of the mind and into their bodies, helping them access their emotions and intuition.
Born in Mexico City, at just four years old, I took my first unaccompanied international flight, and from that moment, my passion for exploring cultures and what makes people tick, was born.
Since then, I’ve traveled, lived, and studied in over 25 countries, earning a Master’s Degree in International Relations. Each experience reinforcing my belief that individuals can achieve extraordinary results when they’re clear on their vision and strengths.
Over the past eight years, I’ve led various groups and teams toward deeper self-awareness and stronger interpersonal connections, facilitating transformational growth in both personal and professional settings.
I’ve worn many hats in my career, including Congressional Staffer, Non-Profit Co-Founder, Addictions and Mental Health Counselor, and Certified Holistic Health Coach.
